Ozone friendly systems installed, mainly R410C & R407C as recognised by the Montreal Protocol. If an obsolete system has to be removed then the offending gasses are recovered for disposal in the proper manner.
All new systems are vacuumed to 0.2 torr (approx. 29.9) of vacuum to remove any traces of moisture (or other nasty particles) that may interfere with the system.
PLEASE BE AWARE THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO WILL TELL YOU THAT "THE GAS NEEDS CHANGING EVERY 2 OR 3 YEARS" This is actually a CON trick, gas is only required if it leaks out. An engineer should be able to find the offending leak and repair it, putting you back on track.
